Amitabha’s Vow 18: Rebirth in Ten Recitations

In Vow 18 of the Infinite Life Sutra (Chapter 6– The 48 Vows), Amitabha declares that anyone who unceasingly thinks of Him and Pure Land rebirth in each and every thought, thus dedicating all their good deeds to Pure Land rebirth, and has joyous resolute faith in His Name and Land, will be reborn immediately in Pure Land after reciting as few as ten recitations of his name.
